I had the pleasure of creating the book cover art for Tukan Publishing’s release, “Historieväktarna” by the talented Swedish author Hanna Blixt. Hailing from Dalarna, Hanna has captivated readers with her immersive storytelling and richly detailed narratives.
Set against the backdrop of the Second World War, “Historieväktarna” transports readers to the cities of London, Amsterdam, and Budapest, weaving a gripping tale that is both captivating and thought-provoking. Collaborating closely with Hanna and Tukan Publishing, I aimed to design a book cover that would not only capture the essence of the story but also leave a lasting impression on readers, with a photorealistic yet epic scene on the book covers.
I am proud to announce that the Historieväktarna 1-3 series was awarded the book-box of the year 2022 and is now available for purchase at reputable retailers such as Akademibokhandeln, Adlibris, and SF Bokhandeln Gamla Stan, among others.
